The section scouter is responsible for leading a section of youth. They must be fully approved and registered by Scouts Canada. They will be asked to pass successfully our training program. The scouter can at any time switch to be a "Scarlet Volunteer".
She / She is a scouter that chose to be specialized in a domain of her/his interest other than being a "Section Scouter". There are several activity areas such as crafting, cooking, drama, painting, photographing, IT, ....
